CVS Pharmacy inside Target, Oct 2024: I made an appt for a vaccine on the CVS website. Easy, plenty of time slots available. Texted a link to check in when appointment time occurs. Counter is quick to check on my online check-in. Pharmacist prepped my vaccine and gave me my shot, minimal wait. No issues. And a 10off20 coupon for getting a vaccine. I will definitely consider visiting this location again.

If I can I would have give a half star. I went to pick up my medicine on a week day, 10:30 ish, they are open and no staff or any sign. I thought they are inside working something, and waited for about 15 minutes. Still no ppl show up! In the end didn’t get my medicine and I had to go home. And again, last Saturday, I went to pick up again, it’s about a little over 10am, They are closed!! What’s wrong with this CVS? Really don’t care about their service, keep wasting customers time…if there’s another one really near by, I’ll jump in without a blink. And CVS(owner)? I don’t need your fake ai reply, you reach out to yourself, and listen to customers voice please.

Great service and very convenient location. The store is clean and well organized. Also appreciated the wheelchair accessible entrance and parking which makes it easy for everyone to visit.

My son’s doctor sent an allergy medicine 5 days ago, no text messages or anything. I went there first they said we didn’t receive it, after proving they did receive it she said yes have but don’t have the medicine only Oakland. She was trying to give hard time because I didn’t accept her B S. I transferred it to Safeway much respectful and have all medication in stock.

This CVS really needs to improve their location inside this Target. They bombard me with calls while working — and I have to constantly deal with the fact that their horrible customer service adds on to the misery of shopping at Target. They also don’t announce when their respective pharmacists go on lunch break, leaving customers stranded for more than 5 minutes on end. Do better, CVS.
