There is always a huge line for prescriptions pickup. I usually try to come in odd hours, otherwise the wait can be about 30 mins or more. People working on serving prescription customers are very quick and polite. Lola was helping me today and she was great. I know there is not enough staff to serve the volume of the customers. It is some kind of financial mismanagement issue. There is a lot great things you can buy in the store such as food, makeup, postcards and what not. But I rather have pharmacy focus on the main thing and serve customers better

Kevin and another lady were really helpful as there was a misunderstanding as the doctor did not place order for my son’s medication after my visit to ER, but I was told the order was placed. Kevin was really patient enough to understand the situation as he helped me in checking if the order was placed or not then figured out it was not and tats the reason he cannot see the order in his queue then called doctor>> re-ordered and he was really helpful to get the medicine fast enough. Thank you Kevin. He and the other lady in the same shift need a raise as they both handled very well ❤️

Pharmacy is very slow and Noe efficient. There is 1 express line cashier and 2-3 regular line cashier. Last time I was there, regular line went by much faster than express line. If express line has more people waiting regular cashier should help so that line goes faster.

Fremont Hub CVS pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Can never get a hold of anyone when you call the pharmacy. The hospital I was at tried to send my prescription to the store multiple times with no success due to no one answering the phone. I called the store and would get stuck talking to ai just to be told they couldn’t help Stay away from Fremont Hub CVS. Unless you have nothing but time to stand around and wait. Oh and you’d get notifications that your prescription is ready and then you show up they will say oh it’s not ready and it will be 3-4 hours more. What a joke. They might as well put chairs and make a waiting lobby since people have to stand and wait in line so far.

I was looking for some over the counter meds and was helped with great care by one of the managers. Had great service from the pharmacy as well. Use the app. It is the best.
