I wish I could give 0 starts here. I visited this CVS around 2 PM on a holiday-eve Friday to process a simple return. The store wasn’t busy, yet I still waited over 20 minutes just to reach a cashier. The biggest issue was how inefficient the front end was. There were only a few 2-3 customers ahead of me, but the line barely moved. The self-checkout machines repeatedly needed employee assistance, which constantly pulled staff away from the registers and slowed everyone down. Even a straightforward return ended up taking far longer than it should have. This location needs better front-end staffing and checkout management. Waiting more than 20 minutes for a simple transaction when the store is relatively quiet is not an acceptable customer experience. Because of this experience, I’ll be purchasing my OTC items elsewhere in the future.

Nice & clean big store located on the main Fremont road. You can get almost everything. Prices are ok if anything needed immediately. There is enough parking for everyone.

Stella is awesome. I really enjoy seeing her. She has such a pleasant demeanor and way of making the customers smile.

Really bad customer service I approached a young lady for help to retrieve an item that was locked and she told me that I won’t be helped. Unless I press the button I thought to myself since when does customer service rely on a button she couldn’t help me after I asked her for help as a customer of the store is ridiculous. Seems like she didn’t want to do her job. It was March 18 around closing time.
