Had Crystal as my agent... never once answered my emails or calls when I had questions or concerns. I got into 2 accidents and neither time was she helpful. Decided to contact my parents’ Allstate agent who was so much more attentive and ended up helping more than my own agent.

I can’t explain how helpful this agency has been. Very responsive and helpful. My agent always completes all my request in very timely matter.. they even call the DMV and solve registration solutions for me. Thank you Crystal Andino

Very friendly, started a quote with them everything seemed great then I never Heard anything back. Went with Progressive instead great rate and they call back when they say they will.

I am not sure how is she still employed by Allstate. She has never once returned a phone call or an email.
