My experience at Crumbl has become more and more disappointing. I ordered the Cotton Candy Cookie and there were only a couple of people ahead of me. What stood out was that the employee never called anyone's name or showed customers their cookies before handing them out. She simply slid the boxes across the counter. When it was my turn, she did the same thing. Since she just looked at me and slid a box forward, I had to ask, "Is that mine?" She pushed it toward me without opening the box or showing me the cookie, which I thought was odd. Then I opened the box... wow. This is a regular-size cookie? Looking at it in the box, it honestly looked more like a mini than a regular cookie. When I asked about it, I was told they've changed the size and that they're "a little bit smaller now." A little bit? Looking at the photo, I think most customers would disagree. Between the 👎 customer service and the noticeably smaller cookie, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering the price. The biggest disappointment was hearing my child say, "Never again. No more Crumbl!" Sadly, our enjoyment for Crumbl has officially CRUMBLed.

I picked up a 6-pack from Crumbl with Birthday Cake, Pink, Hazelnut, and Chocolate Chip flavors. Each cookie was rich, soft, and full of flavor. The Birthday Cake was sweet and festive, the Pink had a nice balance of flavor and texture, the Hazelnut was unique and nutty, and the classic Chocolate Chip was warm, gooey, and perfect. The cookies are huge, so one goes a long way, and the variety makes it fun to try different flavors. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a sweet treat to share.

Picked up my cookies on 09/25 for the “6 cookies for the price of 4” deal. I prepared for a long wait time and thought I would need to wait a significant amount of time to get my order, but to my surprise the order was ready and I only waited about 2 minutes for the staff to hand it over. I could see that they are working on a lot of orders, but I really appreciated how fast and polite the staff were. The cookies look great—I’m excited to try the new Confetti Cake along with the other cookies. I absolutely recommend ordering from Crumbl at Pacific Commons!

HUGE and delicious cookies. One cookie is more than enough…it’s THAT huge. I went with the four cookie set for $15.99. The chocolate chunk and hazelnut were soft and gooey in the middle. The apple pie had fresh toppings and paired well with the cookie underneath. The lemon blackberry (served chilled) was also great. The staff was polite and the inside gives you a great look at how their cookies are made.

Wow very flufy cookies. More like a packed cake mix flattened down. Chocolates are still soft even tho bought yesterday. My favorite was the chocolate cookie. The confetti cookie was also delicious with the frosting. Cookies are sweet but not to the point where it's overwhelming. Price might seem a lot but for a sweet tooth 😋 it is worth it. Specially since it's the size of my hand.
