I NEVER write reviews, but Crash Champions has made me a customer for life. After moving to Fremont in November 2025, I was unfortunately involved in a hit-and-run around January 2026. Dealing with the police, insurance, and the stress of getting to my new job without a vehicle was overwhelming, but the team at Crash Champions made the repair process incredibly smooth. Their customer service is truly top-tier. They handled everything, from seamless scheduling and clear communication about the repairs to returning my rental car for me. Most impressively, they finished the job in just two days after an initial estimate of over a week. When I picked up my car, it was spotless. I hadn’t seen it that clean since the day I bought it. I take great pride in the things I work hard for, and it means a lot to see a business treat my vehicle with that same level of respect. Thank you to the entire team for turning a stressful situation into a great experience!

I was recommended some stores by my insurance and once i did my research i seen that this location had the best reviews! Once i arrived Luis was so kind and very communicative with the whole process ! Luis kept me in the loop the whole time and answered all my questions , he made sure i was satisfied with the results at the end my car looked like it came off the lot! To top it off Luis washed my car in and out and i was just overall so happy with everything!

I got in my first accident in my new 2021 Nissan Rogue. I got rear ended by another driver. I needed to find a collision auto body shop to begin repairs. I was referred to Crash Champions (was known as Service King) by my Dads coworker. It was easy and pain free to schedule an estimate appointment with Rachel. As I said before, this was my first accident and I was completely unaware of the collision repair process. I met Luis, the collision repair specialist, and he walked me through the whole process and helped me understand everything. He answered my questions in a professional manner and was very communicative along the process. I just had to get my bumper replaced and my car was in the shop for only 5 days. All in all, I highly recommend going to this place if you unfortunately get into an accident. Ask for Luis and he will get you right. Thanks Crash Champions team!

It's a Geico authorized collision repair center. Professional. Courtesy. Industrial standards. Clear explanations of the process. Daily update of progress. Completion within suggested time window. Flawless result. I will consider to pay out of my pocket for other paint jobs and so on.
