COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

This review is only for the Drive Thru Covid PCR testing experience. Creating an appointment for the test was relatively easy and they send you an email/text reminder before our appointment. The minus points are when you have to do the entire process through the drive thru. Maybe I came during peak drive thru pharmacy hours but it was the only appointment I could get and it was during a Saturday morning. I waited in line for approximately 30-45 min after it passed my appointment time. There were only 4 cars ahead of me to presumably pick up a prescription or do Covid testing. The lab and 3rd party reporter Walgreens contract to do these tests took 4 days to result. I have previously tested through a community testing site and I had results within 2 days (also a PCR test). So long story short, if you are limited in options for testing and don't have a short deadline for getting results then use Walgreens for this service, otherwise I don't recommend them.

Worst pharmacy wait times. Spent an hour trying to get the Covid vaccine. They spend all their time on helping people in the drive through window instead of the people in the store. They have 6 people inside the pharmacy and only 1 person to handle the covid check in and drop off line. Do not come here if you care about fast customer service.

Don’t come here for covid testing if you have other options. Had an appointment and waited 1 hr in the drive thru line only to be told to drive around and get back in line because they didn’t have the paperwork from the lab for my appointment. Second time I wait 45 min. I’ve gotten testing done before and the process has never been this painful.

Disgusting stuff here ! Working in a pharmacy helping sick and injured people to get their prescriptions ready you just upset and don’t like your job and Give everyone hard time !!! Really Low Quality and filthy store as well!!! Don’t get your prescription at this tire at all and never shop here!!! Thank you for reading 👎👎👎
