Everything was great except for the elevator constantly being out of service. Hey, I have a gym membership for my cardio needs. The last thing I want is to be climbing stairs after a long day at work.

Good location but the rooms are a bit depressing and they charged me many unnecessary charges market charges from someone else, charged breakfast in-spite of me having a breakfast package

No locker, no proper washroom shelving / hooks, slow water. In short, not relaxing. They need to invest in comfort and not just real estate.

Love this place because of its proximity to Ohlone College. Great staff! Missing a pool.
