It was a pleasure working with Cora, who did an amazing job helping us find and purchase our home. She went above and beyond in reaching out and coordinating the time to help tour multiple houses with us throughout the areas that we were interested in. She was very responsive in answering any questions we had and following up via email, text/call during the whole buying process. Also, took the time to help explain the comps and disclosures for the areas and gave very informative advice on reasonable offers and expectations for the properties we were interested in. It definitely felt that she had our best interest in mind and trusted her opinions when she suggested we step away from one of our initial offers on a property. Closing process was pretty straight forward and she provided all the information and dates we needed stuff signed and ready for the closing. We knew at closing that there were minor little things here and there that needed to be touched up and fixed throughout the house and Cora offered free of charge to have her own handyman get it done even though we insisted she didn't need to. She also went a step forward and got a cleaner and someone to shampoo clean the carpet throughout the house. We really appreciated that gesture which saved us the time and headache as we were in the process of moving all our stuff over. I would highly recommend Cora if you were looking for a realtor to help in your house searching journey.
