I am writing this review on behalf of my wife (I am responsible for the bill). The complaint is an overcharge of "Office Visit" bill in annual preventative check. We visited Dr. Lee on April 2026. In that short annual preventive check meeting we shared what medicines my wife is currently taking for existing health conditions. This is normal with all other primary care doctors we had in the past years. But surprisingly an extra item "Office Visit" $277. was added on top of the Annual Preventive check item. We were neither warned nor informed about the trap in advance. After communication Dr.Lee's office responded that there was a medical discussion hence an extra bill of "Office Visit". We feel that innocent patients are being exploited. We are now afraid to see doctors at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation because we do not know what traps we might step into in the future. Our advice to patients: Beware when seeing doctors at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. Speaking or listening more during your visit could lead to additional "office visit" charges.

I totally trust and rely on Dr Connie J. Lee’s diagnosis, judgment and also support. Tough out my time with her, she has been able diagnose my condition spot on and provide me with health guidance and support. I would recommend her any day

Dr. Connie Lee has been my PCP for many years. She is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and caring. I would give her my highest recommendation.

Dr Lee is the best of the best. Our family is fortunate to have her as our family doctor since 15 years ago. She is very professional and the most important trait of her is that she is a good listener. We feel that she genuinely cares her patients and we can totally trust her health care.

Dr. Lee does a wonderful job listening to me and my many complaints. I appreciate how she takes the time to ensure her patients don't just feel like a MRN, but like a human. I know I'm in good hands with her as my PCP/ Thank you!
