I have no words for this guys the moment I walk in I felt I was in good hands, they made me feel confident their knowledge about Hondas goes above and beyond. Previously I had a bad experience and I wasn’t sure about who to take my car to get fix lucky for me. These guys will go above and beyond for their customers. Knowledgeable and experienced with performance upgrades as well as general maintenance for your vehicles. Specializes in Hondas, but will take my BMW there as well.

Been going to this shop for over a decade and have nothing but great experiences here. The workers are honest and upfront. I have a lot of modifications on my car so sometimes things don't go as planned, I never have to worry too much because I know that the concept team has my back and gets the problem fixed quickly and properly. I would recommend this shop to everyone who is a car enthusiast as well as those that know nothing at all about cars. They do a great job at explaining the problem and how they will address it. Over all 10 stars!

Ngoc knows his Hondas! Very friendly and professional, sent pictures and updates of work, and finished a complex job within 3 days. Prices were also reasonable. I'll be coming back here for my Honda service.

Ngoc from Concept Auto Repair is an honest and competent mechanic. I have brought multiple of my vehicles to him. Absolutely pleasant experience ! He goes above and beyond for his customers. I recently brought my BMW 330ci in for belt, pulleys, trans fluid, alignment, filter, and some other work. My car drives like a dream now !
