Lizbeth John’s has been very efficient in the entire process. I felt quiet relaxed with the hot wax therapy she gave me in my first visit as well as an excellent massage. she also gave me tools to use at home. she is very friendly and easy to talk to. 8 feel confident and assured in my review set path.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I would give zero stars if allowed. I waited 40 minutes before I was given forms to fill out because the front desk assistant was confused about the process for walk in patients. Both of my ankles were injured in a fall. When the doctor walked in, she informed me that the nurse's notes indicated that both the "left and right hurts". I had provided all the details on how and what was injured. I even wrote it on my intake forms. The Dr evaluates my injuries and let's me know I'm going to need x-rays on both my ankles. The X-ray technician then shows up and the expectations is for me to walk 25-30 ft knowing I'm getting x-rays on both ankles. After I question the distance, I'm then offered a wheelchair. Once the Dr. returns she let's me know there are not any breaks. She then informs me that I need a brace but she can't give me one because she doesn't know how to bill my insurance. After being at the center for 3 hours, she was prepared to send me on my way because the company would not be "paid" for the equipment that was needed to stabilize my ankle. I even offered to pay for the equipment. I was finally given the brace after I questioned if I would receive a brace if I was uninsured. I was then left to put the brace on myself. The standard of care is very low at this site. I have no plans to return.

From the minute I walked into the facility both female receptionist were consistently polite and professional, making me feel welcomed and valued the moment I walk in. Also the female nurse was very polite friendly and competent and answered every question I asked with outstanding professionalism. Definitely will be returning in the future. Keep up the great work Ladies.

I have had to visit Concentra a handful of times for pre employment tasks over the years. Fremont Concentra specifically has been GREAT! From the front end to the provider's, excellent care. Friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Thank you! Also, I appreciate the extended hours / weekend hours offered that other offices do not.

I came as a walk in and I don’t know how quick I can get done with the visit but to my surprise I got done less than 20-30 minutes from the time I walked to finished. I really appreciate the employee as well. They were very nice and engaging. Thank you for making my visit to be exceptional
