I am not someone to write a review especially a bad one but I am highly disappointed with the service. I went with a dell laptop which had battery issues and now all data which was retrieved was lost again and the laptop is not booting up. I spent $360. I walked multiple times just to be sent back every time. This time he didn't like me talking in front of other customers. Thus review is specifically for the attitude shown towards me. No option to provide a zero star else would have given that

I came to fix my broken screen on my MacBook and I’m so happy with the service. He repaired it within 30 minutes and my laptop works perfectly now. The process was quick, smooth, and professional. I definitely recommend coming here if you need a fast and reliable repair!

I went to this store to fix my laptop that had my important business information that needed to be retrieved before my meeting. Not only the owner assured me that laptop will be fixed before time but also followed up with me the day after I picked up my laptop to make sure it was running smoothly. This place is Fantastic! If I could give this place 100 stars i would but there are only 5! Good job guys and best of luck. You have earned yourself a lifetime client.

Don’t walk, run away!!!! These guys kept my laptop for screen replacement for over two weeks, closed for many days, have weird hours and closed half the week. Don’t pick up the phone. The Initial repair was supposed to be same day or two days and it went on for two weeks of zero communication and being closed for many consecutive days. He ended up misplacing it in his shop and my good luck I took picture of my serial number and provided it. I ended up demanding the return of my unfixed laptop.
