We were fortunate to have Emma Gu as our realtor. She is detail-oriented and pays attention to what we want. She is a reliable person and knowledgeable of the bay area market. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions. She shows us around during the pandemic and is always ready to help us look at houses. Even on days when it is around 103+ F degrees. Which make us feel bad but she was still smiling and helping us. For first-time home buyers, she helped us through every step of the way and made the process go smoothly and pleasant.
