5 stars are not enough to describe how amazing Cody is! My husband and I were buying our first home and from the start, we were so impressed by the fact that he would go out of his way to view houses on our behalf and schedule private tours for the ones he felt we would love. When it came time to purchase, he helped with our pricing strategy and getting our documents in order. We had a unique escrow process of about 5 months—which was extremely stressful for us—but Cody guided us every step of the way. He was working on our behalf 24/7 and we could tell he really cared about us. Now that we’re settled in our new home, Cody continues to help us when issues arise, provides us with recommendations for any vendors we may need, and we know that he’ll continue to be a great resource moving forward. We can’t thank him enough!

Cody is one of the best people around for finding your forever home! He had so much patience with me and ensured me that the home I’m wanting will be there for me. He listened to me vent when we hit a few bumps in the road while in escrow. Even when I felt like everything was going to fall through and my home wasn’t going to happen but Cody kept the positive attitude and faith in me that my 1st home is going to happen. And 10 months later I can officially say I am a first time home buyer because of him!! He’s the best Realtor around and I now consider him a friend! The Everhome Real Estate family is top notch!

Having Cody as our realtor was an absolutely amazing experience. My husband and I are first time home owners and we were utilizing the VA home loan, needless to say we didn’t know what we were doing. Cody was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and most importantly he had our best interest at hand at all times. He never pressured us to put in an offer for a home that we were not truly in love with. We spent every Saturday touring homes with Cody for close to 5 months and he was always prepared. He knew the details of the houses we were touring and he never rushed us through the homes. Cody guided us through the entire process; making an offer, negotiating prices, scheduling inspections, working with a loan officer and completing all the paperwork. Cody held our hand every step of the way and has continued to check on us since we have moved in. He is a rockstar realtor!

My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to represent us in buying our first home. Cody was an incredible resource and advocate for ensuring all timelines were met and everything was completed properly. I specifically appreciated his attention to detail during contract review which was outstanding—as he sent us a personalized broken down version that put everything into simple, understandable terms. He then followed that up with a call to further explain and answer any questions we had no matter how off the wall they may have been.
