We recently bought a condo in San Ramon and Claire was our agent. Our experience with Claire as buyer was exceptional. She is not only knowledgeable, but also very responsive and understood our budget, requirement and challenges. She has enough patience to hear/understand and clarify every question thrown at her which makes her different from the rest Claire not only helped with our home buying but also on a remodeling after purchase. Like Claire, whomever she referred to us were also great. Thank you, Claire for what you have done and continue to do. You will not find many better than Claire and we did refer Claire to our friends and will continue to do so.

I had a fantastic experience with Claire both as a seller and a buyer. We sold a condo in Fremont and bought a house in Livermore with her. I can tell you - She’s the perfect agent for all your home buying (or selling) needs! She is extremely responsive and flexible- invaluable in this competitive market. Her deep insights, great communication skills, genuine care and her exceptional team all work for you. As sellers, we got top dollar for our condo in just two days of showing while many others in the neighborhood were languishing for weeks. Claire came well researched and advised us on the perfect strategy. She brought the best team to the deal- professional staging and marketing (photographs/ videos/ brochures). The process was so smooth and effective. As buyers, we felt Claire understood what is important for us. Her market knowledge and “hands on the pulse” is a great advantage. She did a thorough analysis of every property, advised on the pros and cons and worked with the sellers agent to negotiate for us. We talked to several real estate agents and ultimately chose Claire as our agent. This is a very correct choice because Claire has been knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, professional and very responsive. As we are first time buyers, we have a lot of questions during the whole process. Claire has knowledge on all almost everything we asked, and is super resourceful, that she can collect information for us from people in different functions. We looked at houses with Claire for several months, but she has been patient and is always responsive whenever we reach out to her. She’s a go getter and has all the information if she doesn’t know she knows WHO can assist. Highly recommend sign that BRBC don’t hesitate!

We worked with Claire to purchase a home in Sunnyvale. Claire is knowledgeable, hardworking, and by far the BEST agent we've ever worked with. That is a high bar to meet considering we've worked with many agents across multiple states. She is extremely responsive and flexible- invaluable for buying in a competitive seller's market, especially when we needed to schedule last minute showings. What sets Claire apart from other agents is how proactive she is. She would take the initiative to reach out to the seller's agent to gain insight into the seller's situation, giving us a leg up in negotiations. It felt like she was always one step ahead, which made the process so much smoother for us. We were nervous about offering less than asking, but Claire never pushed us to go higher. In the end, because of Claire's expertise, we were able to get our home at a great value (not easy to do in a market where houses are constantly getting overbid left and right). We highly recommend Claire with no reservations. Thank you again, Claire!!
