This is one of the best Citi Bank branch in the Fremont, California. With pretty caring customer support and service. The branch Manager Niki Sun is a very friendly helping person with a cute smile. Also another employee, Personal banker of the branch Maggie Fu, Who helped me to open my new account, is also so friendly and gave me outstanding customer service!!!

This location is ALWAYS short staffed. You come in anytime and you are expected to wait. I came in couple times and no matter how long the line is, there is only one banker.....

Maggie the account agent that help me open my account yesterday was so pleasant and very nice and she was very helpful to me and I appreciate it thank you so much

I plan to open my business account at this branch last Friday, one of the banker helped me to went through the initial paper works and told me the account should be open next Monday. Because I really need the account to start my business, till I waited on the next Tuesday, didn’t received any call or email which the banker promised me I would get. So I went to the bank and the other banker told me some file was missing, and the first banker just left for vacation, nobody is following on my case. This made me so angry and disappointed, so I signed the some new paperwork , meanwhile the second banker again, promised me I will get my account within 48 hours. Today is Friday, I’m writing this is review because I just received the email from the banker that I need two more documents to finish all the process. I have to say, do not go to this citi branch or don’t have any business with Citi bank, thay are lack of professional training and working responsibility, they just can’t gather all the information that the stupid system need. Ironically, I went to Bank of America, it toke me 1 hour to have my bank account and even a temporary debit card. So if you are small business owner or want to start your business, please don’t go to Citibank!! Never!

Veronica and Enrique were great to work with. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I needed a bank check and we were able to get it taken care of quickly and efficiently. Great customer service at this location
