This Citibank on Christy street is the best branch I have been to compare to other one, the lady that served us named Joyce Lin. She is friendly, smart, well-trained to do the service for us as we have many accounts that need a person to know their system well and help us to combine them all together which is not easy. The other people in the branch also very friend and the branch manager Caroline is also very nice. I would just move more of my other accounts to here.

There is lots of parking at this Cristy Citibank. I have been with Citibank for more than 20 years. There are promotions from Citibank with required deposit within a 10 days period. At this branch, Ms. Joyce and her manager Caroline helped my relatives from Taiwan to open their Citibank accounts in the US. It takes more than 1 hour to start from filling information, checking required documents, setting up a Citibank online account, and finally making sure they can access the Citibank online system from their cell phones. Very polite and enthusiastic to finish the whole process. Excellent service. Thank you! I did remind my relatives to transfer money into accounts within 10 days to earn their bonus. Ms. Lin did say this on site.
