I’m just visiting the area on vacation and happened to find this place nearby—honestly, what a lucky find. Easily one of the best theater experiences I’ve had in a long time. ​The customer service was amazing from the start, and the snacks were actually really good. I caught a showing of Durandhar and the sound was spot on. But the best part is definitely the seating. They have these plush, luxury recliners that are super comfortable and give you a ton of space so you don’t feel like you’re sitting on top of a stranger. ​If you're in Fremont and want a premium movie night, definitely check this place out.

Extremely unhygienic! Avoid at all costs! Found a dirty, chewing gum, and also a bunch of stains on the armrest of the chair. The chairs clearly seem not cleaned for a long, long time. There is a constant foul smell in the auditorium that hinders you from enjoying your movie. It’s also a management disaster! When we arrived exactly at the showtime of our movie, there was already a movie which was running in that specific auditorium. There was simply a lot of chaos. There was no sign or nobody at the exit informing that the previous movie is still running. The ticket holders from the upcoming movie were all over and simply a nuisance for ongoing movie watchers. And the movie did not start until after more than 30 mins from the scheduled time.

Disappointing and unhygienic – avoid this theater! I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Ciné Lounge Fremont 7 Cinemas. While their ticket prices are lower than competitors, it is definitely not worth the trade-off. The theater was in a terrible, unhygienic state. There were stains on the seats, and the floor was covered in accumulated popcorn, food waste, and wrappers under almost every seat. It felt completely neglected and dirty. To make matters worse, the sound system was very poor. The audio quality was thin and lacked the clarity you expect from a cinema experience. Don't be fooled by the discounts they offer; your comfort and health are worth the extra few dollars at a better-maintained theater. I will not be returning.

Audio quality suits Indian movies well. Visual experience is good. Auditoriums with upgraded seats are so much better than the prior gen ones. Indian snacks are quite good. Restroom needs a serious upgrade.
