A year ago we had the privilege of Cindy assisting us in finding our perfect home. Without a doubt we could of easily been mislead when purchasing our home. Cindy stepped up towards the other realtor and was a strong advocate for my family. We closed on our home quickly and without problems. My family cannot say enough about Cindy . She helped our grandmother , who is 97 years old , sell her rental property in Alameda . From the very first meeting Cindy was professional , timely and patient . She had a very specific strategy and plan for selling this property . She had an amazing marketing platform and really made sure that all questions were answered and that my grandmother felt confident and an ease about the sale. Cindy was always available and spent extra time making the home perfect . The staging was awesome and the house sold the first weekend with a Full Price offer ! I recently sold my home where I lived for 50 years. I can’t explain the anxiety I had making that decision and going in to the process of selling my home. Cindy Kellar from Legacy Real Estate was amazing throughout the entire processes of selling our childhood family home. Cindy was very aware and sensitive to my feelings in the sale of the home. After her recommendations from paint, cleaning, staging and the pure confidence in making sure she would find a buyer that would love the home the way my parents did was so reassuring to me. Finally, I felt at peace letting go. Thank you for that! Cindy properly priced the house right from the start and it was in escrow within 15 days (average in Pleasanton at the time was 40+ days) so we could not believe how quickly it actually sold. We attribute the quick sale to Cindy’s marketing strategies, attention to detail, efforts of open houses and always being available to buyer's agents. Cindy made sure to be present at the home inspection, to know the property well herself to answer any questions the inspector or the potential buyers had, and was always available to answer any questions I had. Truth be told, we considered selling the house ourselves “as is” no paint, yard cleanup and no staging best decision we could have made to call Cindy. We received over $90K more than when we initially were asking. A $5000 investment to make over $90K. I cannot say enough good things about Cindy Kellar, she is truly one-of-a-kind, good, honest person who put her clients first and always strive to do the right thing and make sure their client gets the best possible representation.
