I expected Christine to be good based on referrals. The bar was high but she managed to surpass my expectations. She consistently demonstrated her skills, experience and good ethics throughout all the homes I toured and bidded on. Christine was very consistent and accurate in assessing the value of homes, her experience really shows in terms of understanding the market. She was also very good in terms of communication and coordinating with sellers. Christine showed her experience when assessing disclosures, She always brought up issues and features that could impact the value of a property. I toured several homes for a few months and Christine never pressured me in any way and she was very helpful throughout the entire process including and beyond the closing of my home. She even helped me schedule work related to issues identified in the disclosures. I highly recommend Christine. You will be in good hands for your home purchase.

Christine did an amazing selling our home. I’d never bought nor sold property and a friend highly recommended Christine. She walked me through the entire process, was patient and answered all my questions. Our sale ended up a little bit complicated due to things such as Power of Attorney; passing of my parents; and a rapidly changing market. Christine is a knowledgeable, calm and caring realtor. She went through some difficult times with us and showed so much empathy regarding my parents ailing health. She was a steady and grounding presence for me from start to finish of the sale. She’s was a perfectionist when staging our home - she wasn’t 100% satisfied with the first staging and made it right by having it redone and even used some of her own belongings to improve the visual impression. We got a good price for our home and I truly appreciated Christine’s wealth of experience, confidence and her caring nature. She is fantastic!

My wife & I would not hesitate to recommend Christine Rossi as either a buying or selling agent. We have hired her for both capacities. In both cases it was money very well spent! Christine is highly engaged with her clients throughout the buying/selling process. In addition, Christine takes the initiative to manage any needed contractors/inspectors and stay on top of what those parties have done and see to that the entire process proceeds smoothly.

Christine is truly amazing to have as a realtor. I really appreciate the way she listened to our needs and wants and put that into play when finding us ideal properties. With her help we were able to navigate the endlessly confusing world of real estate and find the home of our dreams. I truly to don’t think we could have done it without her and for that I am eternally grateful. Christine is the human energizer bunny! She never stopped when trying to sell the house. Christine contacted fellow agents, prepared flyers, placed it on real estate sites and had a very successful Open House weekend. Throughout the entire process she continued to keep me informed of every step and answered all my questions/concerns. Unfortunately due to buyer issues, she had to repeat her efforts three times. Her enthusiastic, can-do attitude never waivered. The third contract went through smoothly and the house closed. Her years of experience/knowledge clearly show as you develop your strategies to sell the house. I would recommend Christine to help buy or sell a house without hesitation.
