I’ve contacted corporate twice, but no luck with answers. I’ve left a Yelp review and they just auto replied with contact corporate. Here we are. In the last 6 months we've been having pretty good luck with Chipotle. For a while their portions have been shrinking and they've recently done good about it at multiple chains we've tried from the Bay Area and down in SoCal. THIS completely reset the poor perception of Chipotle for us. It's a huge bummer bc they're the local spot for us. We ordered a bunch of food and this chicken burrito was a shock to us when we opened the bag at home. Holy micro burrito with mouthfuls of tortilla, Batman! Shame shame... I wrote corporate, but zero answers.

Tried Chipotle after many many years Veggie bowl , I can still remember the taste Lime Rice , Beans and Veggies With CORN , GUAC and SALSA The Mowry location was crowded at 8:15PM on Sunday evening and they were understaffed The person making the bowl seemed frustrated all along . The items were running out and he was not getting it refilled. Just Poor customer service probably due to staff shortage. Rest all were good

This chipotle is the worst! The costumer service is absolutely horrible, they are always rushing and seem to never have anything stocked. One time I went my fiance asked for some corn and with a blank stare the server said they were out, never asked the cooks in the back if they had anymore. As he was adding the additional toppings another server came out with more corn. Instead of saying sorry and ask if my fiance would still want the corn he went to try and wrap them up and my fiance had to stop him and ask the server to add it before he started wrapping. Another time my fiance asked for 3 tacos with barbacoa, the server Phoenix put a good amount of meat on 2 but only a little bit on the third one. My fiance asked if they could put just a little more to match the other 2, Phoenix said no this is the standard portion. We tried to explain to Phoenix that clearly the other 2 had more and why can't he just match the third one. Phoenix just repeated himself that this was the standard portion and that if we wanted more he will have to charge us. We will never come back here and highly advise others to avoid this location.

This management is clean tidy, Making very delicious food! Particularly, The cleanness of the dining hall and restrooms are very good condition they maintaining! The guacamole they making everyday morning and looks very fresh and tasty. Before, It usually looks black and shady. Overall, They maintaining restaurant with quality food and cleanness. Lastly, The food serving people in the lunch time more people are serving and there is no need to wait 30 or 40min for getting food in the queue as before!!!

This is the 3rd time we bought veggie bowl at this location and all the 3 times there was no fajitas , also the quantity is way too less compared to other locations .
