This location is one of the best I have ever been too. Please avoid Mowry location at all costs. It is a 3rd world country over there. Do not waste your time or money there. Automall location provides enormous portions and fresh food at all times throughout the day.

Dont evee come here for promos like their BOGO. They never have enough staff and run out of food after waiting an hour in line

This is a serious concern for vegetarian customers. At many Chipotle locations, the meat section comes first and the vegetarian ingredients (like beans, fajita veggies, guacamole, etc.) come afterward in the same assembly line. During bowl preparation, spoons and gloves often touch meat first and then move to vegetarian ingredients. This creates a risk of cross-contact, which is especially concerning for strict vegetarians and for people who may have meat allergies or dietary restrictions. It would be helpful if Chipotle could consider either a vegetarian-first section, or a dedicated vegetarian preparation area to avoid cross-contamination and make everyone feel safer about their food choices.

Portion sizes are very inconsistent. Poor staffing and the quesadilla machine always breaks. Location also tends to run out of straws and ice and they dont even let you know at the front so I have been surprised by this after already buying a drink. Heavvy crowds but as mentioned before usually only one person at the front line.
