had a wonderful experience at Chicken G’s! The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. What really made my visit stand out was the outstanding customer service from the cashier, Gregory McDowell. He was friendly, welcoming, patient, and made sure my order was correct. His positive attitude and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to receive service this great, and Gregory truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Chicken G’s to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

Let me save you the frustration: do NOT order takeout from Chicken G's in Fremont if you actually value your time or have anywhere else to be. I am attaching absolute proof to this review—both my call log and my receipt—so everyone can see exactly how this business operates. I called in a very simple order at 4:57 PM. I purposely ordered the Friend's Meal with absolutely NO sides. I arrived expecting my food to be ready, but instead, I was forced to stand around waiting in the lobby for an extra 30 minutes. My receipt clearly shows I wasn't finally rung up until 6:06 PM. Waiting over an hour and nine minutes for a plain chicken order is a complete failure of kitchen management. Because they were so incredibly disorganized, my entire evening schedule was derailed, and I completely missed my window to run an essential errand at Hobby Lobby before they closed. I expect the owner to see this.

Pretty cozy place. The prayer area was giving the whole restaurant a nice and warm vibe. We ordered burgers, the hot ones. The chicken was not dry at all, and the coleslaw was complimenting the burgers. Overall, food was pretty good.

Recently tried Chicken G's and honestly I liked it more than both Dave's Hot Chicken and Zingster Chicken for my taste. We ordered the Juicy Crispy Chicken Burger, tenders with fries, and another crispy chicken order. Everything came out fresh, crispy, and actually juicy inside. The burger was the standout. Thick chicken filet, really good crunch, soft bun, and the sauce ratio was spot on without overpowering the chicken itself. The tenders also tasted like real chicken instead of processed frozen strips, and even the fries were surprisingly good and stayed crispy throughout the meal. Dave’s and Zingster are definitely spicier, especially Zingster, but I am not really a spice-first person. Sometimes those places feel like the heat becomes the whole experience. Chicken G’s felt much more balanced and focused on flavor and texture instead of just trying to burn your mouth off. Because of that, I actually enjoyed the food here more overall. Definitely one of the better crispy chicken spots I have tried in Fremont and I would easily go back for the burger alone.

The food was fresh and hot. Was really looking for something fresh fried Chicken like this. Tried the sandwich was worth it. Eat tender basket and G meal with friends, enjoyed it.
