This branch moves very slow. There are no other customers in this branch and the employees are just chatting with each other. I’ve been waiting ten minutes. Chase in general moves money very slow. I’m looking for more efficient banking options.

Came in 3 min before closing (yes, they were still open unlike what many others reviewers said) and they welcomed me with a smile. I needed quarters and they helped me with it. There was no wait time, the staff was quick to help. I was out before closing time. Great service as expected from Chase.
