When I was searching for an online brokerage years ago, one of my main requirements was 24/7/365 chat. Schwab was the only online brokerage that offered this. In combination with its solid reputation and relatively long & stable history, that pretty much made my choice a no-brainer. Since that time, I’ve discovered so many other things I like about Schwab, including the many features that its accounts offer and the professionalism/knowledgeability of its staff. All kinds of research and ratings that can be accessed easily on the website. And it’s great that they eliminated those annoying trading fees a few years back. The only downside is that navigation can be difficult at times (a bit more complicated than I’d like, to figure out how to do things) but I have no regrets and will continue to keep my accounts there.

Came to deposit a check. It was a super quick and easy. The staff was professional and friendly. Parking is easy. Highly satisfied.

Great service from staff here. If you need to deposit checks, the counter staff are fast. There is an area to sit & watch the news. They provide complimentary self serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water & sodas. You can also use 2 computers to check your Schwab account.
