I had a very good experience with Dr. Charles Chiang. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I was struggling with hives, and he prescribed a medication that worked very quickly — after taking it for just one day, my hives were gone. He was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable during the visit. I’m very thankful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor.

I was here in November, 2024. Dr. Chiang was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but was dismissive when I didn't want to start treatment for my hair loss immediately. He told me I'd likely be completely bald by January 2025. Now, a year later, I can safely say my hair loss didn't get that bad. I didn't receive a clear diagnosis for what was causing it though. Overall I didn't feel like I was well cared for. I'm glad he does well for other patients, but I had a pretty disappointing experience.

Charles is an exceptional provider. I struggled for years with uncontrolled symptoms despite seeing various specialists who provided medications that gave me no relief. Charles diagnosed the issue immediately, and the medication he offered worked. My condition showed significant improvement within a week of treatment. Although my condition requires lifelong management, Charles has made it completely manageable. Excellent service from both Charles and his staff!

I’ve seen COUNTLESS dermatologists over the years, but Dr. Chiang is the only one who prescribed a treatment that finally worked after I’d been battling adult acne for 15+ years. He’s incredibly thorough, takes the time to really listen, and makes sure the treatment plan fits your needs. When I lost my health insurance, he even went out of his way to help me navigate costs and ensure I could still access care without breaking the bank. I can’t recommend him enough - he’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in his patients’ well-being.
