Asked me if I lived in America. I’ve never been racially profiled by the same race before. Absolutely do not come here or open a bank account. Terrible service. Also refused to open a bank account because “ you have to book an appointment”. I was the only one in the building that wasn’t an employee.

Very satisfied with security, triple check verification! If your a customer this may be the right bank... but if your not a customer and would want to cash a check😬 then my friend be prepared to seat and relax till you get background checked and pass the 100 question s, after that you'll have to wait till the person signed the check answers the other 100 questions. 10 min passed and im still writing my review, luckily I have time to spare since I dont have a crew of workers waiting for my leadership... so yeah thanks cathay bank for delaying my day. Haha now after the third clerk, finally bank manager showed up to approve transtaction, now just need to wait for new clerk to sort everything put so I can walk very calmed and frustrated to mark on my map this beautiful locations "TO NOT GO LIST"
