Sandwiches (4.5/5): great filling and crispy. It was hard to distinguish between the paneer and the Bombay sandwich since they both seemed to have a paneer layer. The Bombay sandwich was different than the usual and both sandwiches were topped with sev Papdi Chaat (3.5/5): ok flavor but could have done with more papri and yogurt.

This street food truck has good options from pani puri to Indian chat items to beverages. Tried Dabeli and beetroot juice. They had an option to make it beet and carrot for the freshly squeezed juice. Enjoyed the juice but the dabeli was too sweet. This is the only spot there with a fireplace. 🔥

Carkhana in Fremont, near Apni Mandi, is a great place for Indian street food. We tried pani puri, pav bhaji, vada pav, and a panini, and everything was fresh, tasty, and delicious. The food was consistently excellent, and we had a really good time there. Definitely worth a visit!

This is a food truck and is located near other food trucks as well. Got the Dabeli which was good, but very pricey at around $9 after taxes. Would rather go to a restaurant at that point. Also was going to order a mango shake but didn’t because somehow that was $9 before taxes for a small glass?!

The food is awesome, and the service is excellent. The juice is always fresh and tastes amazing. Everything was delicious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!
