Firm hangs up mid conversation and intentionally forwards calls when I call back. Im assuming they can't help but a business professional would use words Instead of hanging up and forwarding calls that's quite unprofessional Chris. Well thankfully I dodged this bullet he has a way of showing his true colors after a 5 min conversation.
