As a 76 year old, I went into this Capsmart to buy a sharps container, and they wanted to charge me an extra $1.50 to use my debit card. Wow, what a shock, I informed them that they were the only vendor in Fremont that charges Seniors to use their debit or credit cards at this location?? The cashier clerk got bent out of shape when I told her this.

Good morning Mr. Dundy and Ms. Anita this is April Horne. I was trying to explain to my doctor yesterday with my refills of my medication that you guys were closed today. on the 25th, which is a Saturday . Is there any kind of way I can come to your other pharmacy and pick up my medicine today is Saturday October 25, 2025. I am very sick. I haven’t had my blood pressure medication in three days nor my pain medication. If you can give me a call I would gladly appreciate it to all that is reading this review. This is an amazing family pharmacy, and if they can help you in any situation possible they will. I love my pharmacy. They are the best thank you sincerely, April Horne.

I used this Pharmacy many years. Studently, they want to charge me Triple money, and said that they didn't get money from my UHC insurance. And then they will stop to refill my medication from next month. They told me that either pay more to stay refill or get out. I uploaded Capsmart Pharmacy claim photo from my Insurance in case they will say I am not their customer.

Capsmart is a local family run pharmacy that my husband and I have been going to for a long time. Progressively, over time, they have become better and better. The married couple whom runs capsmart are amazing and very attentive to specific needs. Highly recommend 👌

Staff is quick to give attitude and will not do much to help figure out any issues with your medication. I had to make all the calls between doctors, pharmacy, and health insurance to figure out what was going on. Even after figuring everything out, they failed to order my medication and ultimately told me they will not fill my order and to go elsewhere. Communication is poor and they do not care about their customers. I do not recommend.
