Kudos to Joe Lopez at Caliber Collision for guiding me through the process of restoring the paint on my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. I originally went in to speak with Joe about repainting the entire truck. The paint on the roof, hood, and bumper had started to peel and showed clear signs of weathering, so I assumed a full repaint—costing thousands—was my only option. After assessing my truck, Joe explained that about 80% of the paint was still in good condition and that a full repaint wasn’t necessary. He told me he could blend the new paint with the existing finish as best as he could to achieve a uniform look, ultimately saving me a significant amount of money. I was hesitant at first, but I trusted his expertise and decided to follow his recommendation. When I saw the finished product, I was blown away. Joe and his team restored my truck to a pristine condition—better than I imagined possible. They even went above and beyond by addressing additional defects without me asking. My Tacoma looks nearly identical to the day I bought it 20 years ago. Hats off to Joe Lopez for his honesty, professionalism, and consultative approach, and to Caliber Collision for the high standards they uphold in their craftsmanship. My younger son got rear ended last Sunday and my older son damaged the passenger side mirror on Monday. As soon as I walked in Caliber Collision Fremont, I understood why ou insurance company USAA partners with this bodyshop. Mr. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. A job that I had estimated to take at least 4-5 days only took him and his team 32 hours to complete. The car looks like new when my son picked it up. What really touched us was that Joe kindly installed the mirror (ordered from the dealer's website) free. That job alone was quoted $274 by the dealer. I'm very grateful for Caliber Collision Fremont and will trust Joe and his team with all our future repairs.

I was send there by Farmers Ins. I met RC very professional and very nice. He told me that he would not be there but l would get help. Than when l came to drop off my SUV a nice young lady her name is Christina Loredo help me. She is very nice and a professional all the way. From hello to good bye. She went out of her way to help me. They did a awesome job on my SUV very happy and satisfied with the work. I recommend them to any body that needs there vehicle fixed. She even picked me up at home when my car was ready. Thank you very much for your service. I give this body shop 5-STARS

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. I had a minor collision at a Costco parking lot on Saturday and was a bit stressed since I had upcoming travel plans on Thursday. I dropped off my car on Monday, and the team did an amazing job with the dent repair and paint work within a very short time. The turnaround was quick, and the quality of work was excellent—my car looks as good as new. A special thanks to Joe, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. I had a great experience with this auto body shop. I dropped off my car on Monday morning, and it was repaired and ready for pickup the very next day. The turnaround time was impressive. The quality of the repair work was excellent, and everything was handled very professionally. Joe, who works at the shop, did an outstanding job. He was helpful, efficient, and truly deserves recognition for his excellent service. I highly recommend this shop for their speed, quality, and customer care.
