Whoever answers (or usually doesn't) the phone sounds bored, and uninterested in even helping you. I needed Urgent Care, and can usually get in within a day or two. But today, Tues, the woman didn't sound like she even wanted to answer the phone. I was put through to VM, but my doctor's name wasn't on the list to leave a message. Attempted to call back, nooooo answers. Other than this experience, I like Dr. Chiruchumilla, and S. Wang. I feel like they care about helping you feel better. And they remember a previous visit. I appreciate doctors that are kind, friendly as well as professional and educated.

This office has some of the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. I came in with an appointment and still had to wait over 4 hours because they kept taking in other patients without appointments ahead of me. The staff had no explanation, no apology, and no sense of urgency. It felt completely unorganized and disrespectful of my time. If you value professionalism and basic courtesy, avoid this place.

Very slow .... went there for my mom. Suffering from symptoms like pudendal neuralgia. PCD first orders blood tests. Has no idea as it could be anything she says. Agreed. Takes us 8 days to get the GI appointment through her referral in the same group of doctors at same office location. GI specialist takes 15 days to add his blood test request and request for endoscopy and colonoscopy. We got the tests done in another 8 -10 days . Then he takes another 8 days to just discuss the results with us. It took us innumerous calls to realize they won't give us login details for viewing the results online. We had to visit the office to get those in print. Meanwhile GI diagnosis shows no issue and GI specialist says to go consult a neurologist. But the office won't take his recommendation. They want PCD to raise that referral. Now PCD is on vacation for another 15 days. Bingo. And unless she physically sees her and confirms I do not know what in 15 min of appointment , only then she'll give the referral. Meanwhile all this long my mom is sleepless every night, can't sit for more than 10 min, can't work on anything, suffering heavy pain and burning sensation , can't eat anything else that plain bland soup. But hey , we go by the protocol. All this long there is still a request from CT scan pending that the insurance may or may not approve. Totally broken system. Doctors that are not concerned about what a patient is suffering through. Despite of we who can clearly see the symptoms matching to pudendal neuralgia, doctors are taking now 2 months to come to a diagnosis of it. Horrible.

The doctors are reasonably nice and the staff is very nice, but it feels like everything is very small. I had a hard time getting around there in my wheelchair, bare minimum of accessibility as far as room to move goes. But it's pretty good.

This place is a straight up patient mill. I've seen every doctor in this business and not a single one will give more than one minute for their patients. It's all about shoving you out as fast as possible so they can claim the insurance money for the visit. Most doctors here don't even look up from their laptop screen. When seeing a patient. I had a one doctor that's was texting the entire time I was speaking to him, ignored everything I said, said my abnormal tests were fine, and walked out. And this is all in under 2 minutes. Every doctor here has a very arrogant and snarky attitude towards their patients, they're pretty much straight up jerks on a Non-Stop basis. It's like they go out of their way to belittle you and make you feel dumb and small. No one cares. Additionally, I've given a multitude of instructions to the people who assist in working there, and they ignore everything you say. There is almost zero accommodation for handicaps or disabilities, which is amazing considering that they're a doctor's office. They have three handicap parking spots in the lot, two of them are taken up by employees almost daily. All they care about here is scheduling appointments and fob appointments, with administering zero plans of care. No one cares about patients here. I'm giving two stars instead of one star because they haven't tried to physically assault me yet, but they've done everything else to ensure that I don't get better. Avoid this place like the plague.
