I recently had a Whopper Jr. and fries from Burger King, and it was a solid meal. The burger was warm with a soft bun and fresh toppings, and the portion size was just right. The fries were golden, crispy, and nicely salted. Overall, it was a simple, satisfying combo that I’d order again and the customer service was a 10 out of 10.

The Drive through teller was nice enough but distracted. I didn't get my CC back but I did get a receipt. The store is a Franchise which it means you bought the rights to use the parent company's name and symbols and the business is yours. there are no current working phone numbers to that store!!! We had to contact Customer Care at the Corporate Offices. I did get a call back, the situation is "under investigation". Okay! All of the departments I got hold of have dropped the ball!!! No one has followed up and no one has mailed, or emailed anything. Their loss!!!!

From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The ambiance was inviting and the food was incredible. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection! You can tell they truly care about quality and customer experience. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had! Even though I arrive during peak hours, the manager (cesar) on duty was extremely attentive and provided outstanding customer service.

Came in here July 26th at 9 pm. I took these pictures to leave a review and I’m posting them now so I can delete these pics off of my camera roll. Bathroom was obviously neglected and not checked in a while and the floor drain was backed up. Terrible experience. You can see how dirty the kitchen floor is in the last pic. I ordered two Royal Wraps, a tortilla wrap thing with a fried chicken tender in the middle. The food was room temp. I get that it was 9 pm and that they didn’t want to turn on the fryer and just had prefried chicken tenders laying around. But I don’t think room temp food is up to health standards. I don’t eat a lot of fast food but I think the chicken in the Royal Wraps is smaller than Jack in the Box’s wrap. Overall from the bathroom to the kitchen floor to the food this place just seems like it lacks cleanliness and standards. Would not trust this place to come in again.

I'll be sorry to see it go. Burger was hot, but gray. No detectable char broil, one pickle, and no evident onion.. Onion rings were golden but doughy on the inside. Fries were golden, but tasted bland and rewarmed. $40 for a Whopper and a Chicken Sandwich meal. Airport prices for airport food. I don't want airport food from my neighborhood Burger King.
