Had a really good experience at this location after an absolutely terrible experience at San Jose International Airport. I was able to transfer my reservation and they were able to give me an upgraded vehicle because they didn't have the vehicle I originally reserved. The associate here was very understanding and apologized for the experience at the airport and was able to help calm my nerves as I was pretty fired up after my experience earlier this morning. I've rented from this location before and will continue to do so in the future. Great job to Liz for her top notch service today.

I had a good experience renting a car from this place. We made an online reservation and rolled off the lot within 15 or 20 minutes. I can only give 4 out of 5 stars because eventhough they offered and accepted our reservation for a full size sedan they didnt actually have one, so we got upgraded to an intermediate suv. Which was totally fine but maybe dont offer cars you dont actually have. Car came in good condition and with a full tank of gas.

I reserved truck for one day 12ft with Liftgate, and I was asked 2 time about the lift gate, and they confirmed that on Friday, today when I arrived the branch, they don’t have it !!, I wast my time and I was lost $10k deal with my customer!!! Many thx budget !!!!

Had a very bad experience. I reserved a car in Syracuse Airport. It took almost 1 hr and 20 mins to get the car, even after prefilled all info and submitted online. Once I returned the car in 3 hrs, got a bill with higher amount for fuel. I filled the gas before return and took a photo showing gas estimated 10 miles higher than the initial estimation and meter. Called the customer care and got a refund. They phrased the refund as courtesy, as if they are returning it as a favor to keep my future business. What a experience!!!
