I had a great experience at Brother Car Wash. Jazmine was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She took the time to explain all the options and made sure I found the best fit for my needs. One thing I really appreciate about this car wash is the flexibility. Unlike other places, they don’t lock you into a monthly subscription with hidden fees. Instead, you can purchase a booklet, which gives you the freedom to use services when you actually need them. That’s a huge plus, especially after dealing with another hand car wash that overcharged us through a restrictive monthly plan. If you have a business, their corporate fleet rates are a fantastic option. It’s been a great solution for us and much more cost-effective. The quality of service is excellent, and the environment feels very safe and professional. It says a lot that even local police vehicles are washed here. Overall, I highly recommend Brother Car Wash for anyone looking for reliable service, fair pricing, and flexibility.

Do not go there. Waste of $80. My niece who's 5 could have done a better job. The outside wash was decent, just a basic wash. The side view mirrors were not cleaned and they used a tire wax that smeared all along the side the truck. Had to wipe down the whole car to get it off. The inside was terrible. No effort. I asked the cleaner if they clean the inside and the lady said yes. I showed her all the spots she missed, which she went, got the air hose and tried to blow it out. All she did was move the dirt around. The inside was not wiped down and neither were any of the floor mats or door panels. Dirt remained that could be ripped off with a finger. Do not go there.

Had worst experience. All they try to do is upsell. Even with premium package they left marks which are wipe easy. I paid for Mats and they didn’t even bother to clean front side even telling again and again. Use to be good but not anymore

We stoped to get my car wash and we usually have good experience but this time around we paid $55 for a premium car wash, which includes a wipe down of the interior of the car but when we got the car back we noticed they did not do any wipe down to any of the cup holders or door handles. We usually like how they clean our cars but since they got a new manager the experience has definitely changed. It was slow and it was just us and another car the there but it seems like they are just interested in getting people out there as soon as possible.

I visited this car wash and had a very disappointing experience. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and handled customer concerns irresponsibly. The service was extremely poor. I would not recommend this location to anyone. If I could give 0 stars, I would."
