Today was my first day back at the gym. I had called ahead and was told to sign up in person, but when I arrived, I was told it had to be done online. Dana looked up my number and claimed I owed fees on two accounts. When I said that wasn’t possible because I had canceled and paid everything on time, she cut me off and said, “I won’t let you work out until you pay”—in a rude, dismissive tone. No explanation, no breakdown of the charges, just “that’s our policy.” When I asked for the manager’s card, she said he was aware of the situation, but made no effort to help or take responsibility for her attitude. Completely unprofessional.

very nice place. lots of stores. usually there’s a guy trying to sell you something outside of luckys, and cvs is not a safe space either, but if you ignore those 2, you should be okay. well, the shops here aren’t that crazy anyways. it’s literally just a luckys and drugs… everything else is something super niche.

This place is amazing. Staff are friendly and very keen to details. You ask the direction of a store, they can immediately give you a straight answer including what store you will see before getting to your destination. The custodians are very friendly as well. They always have a smile on their face whenever you greet them. North Bay and South Bay are similar in cost of living but not in quality of life. People here seem to be more happier. Cleanliness and safety are beyond the capability of San Francisco.
