Great Job!!! I’m very much appreciated to what Brooks Motors has done into my Tesla Model S car for bumper repairs, Jonathan and Rogelio are both very accommodating, they handled everything from rental car to dealing with insurance and when they return my car it was very clean and beautiful like new. Wonderful!! Rogelio and his team were extremely helpful with the pre-repair estimate, which was done online with photos of the damage. He helped me with communicating with the insurance companies involved, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The car was returned in perfect condition, and was detailed as well. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend Brooks Motor Cars in Fremont.

Brooks Motor Cars of Fremont is AMAZING! I literally got my Tesla Model S back better than when it was new. The panels were better aligned and my car looked professionally detailed!! The service is second to none and Rogelio was so good with his communication!! Constantly kept me updated and went above and beyond to make me happy. When I asked for a small adjustment he told me no problem when do you want to bring in your car. No questions asked I had severe damage to the entire side of my car. Check out the before and after!!

I was looking to get repairs done on my Mazda but wanted to make sure it was quality Job.Brooks motor cars Fremont seemed to be the best choice given the vast amount of good reviews. I was not disappointed with the high quality of repair.Not only do they work on Mazdas but other vehicle makes and are also a certified Tesla shop. If needed i would bring my car back to this location.

I personally chose Brooks to bring my Tesla Model 3 to based on the excellent reviews that it received. I was not disappointed as the GM and Estimator guided me through every step of the repair. Not only were they personable and friendly during my visits but they went above and beyond to make sure that my car was brought back to original. I was not at all worried through the repairs as they kept me updated throughout. No doubt I will be keeping in touch with Rogelio and Tony. Thank you Brooks!!!
