Brian and his staff are incredible! Our family have been State Farm clients generationally over the last 40 or 50 years. I have spoken to him personally as well as the wonderful ladies in his front office; Nancy and Leticia. Each has taken time and shown incredible patience and compassion over the last several decades when helping me and my family navigate everyday or unexpected situations and crisis. More than a "Good Neighbor," more like family! Thank you to Leticia for taking the time with me during this most recent situation. Your time and kindness is greatly appreciated!

My family and I have been clients of Brian Moos for over 25 years. He is such a great agent and has been helpful over the years. I recently got into an accident, first time and very shaken up. I called his office and let his secretary, Lety, know what happened. She gave me instructions on what info I needed from the other driver and other helpful tips. She also let Brian know what happened and where I was. Brian came to my rescue that day because he showed up at the accident site and stayed with me to make sure I was ok. He even drove me home and also went back to my car to make sure everything with the tow truck went well. I am so grateful to have a kind, caring, and professional agent such as Brian. If you are looking for an insurance agent, I highly recommend Brian Moos.

This is led by Lety, who answers all my questions with positive energy and never tires of my follow up questions. Also great to speak to someone who answers the phone when you call.
