I recently underwent my annual medical exam, which was supposed to be 100% covered by insurance. However, I was surprised when they asked for my credit card information to keep on file. Despite this, I proceeded with the exam. The blood work was conducted by Quest Diagnostics, and upon receiving the results, I found some of them to be concerning. Unfortunately, the doctor never took the time to follow up and discuss the results with me. The overall experience at the medical practice was not ideal either. The paperwork they made me fill out felt excessive, as if I were entering a massive 5000-bed hospital, but in reality, it was just a small 3-room private practice. Additionally, during the visit, the doctor seemed to be in a hurry, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied with the level of attention given. I hope that in the future, the practice can improve the communication with patients, and the doctor can allocate more time to discuss important health matters with their patients.

Dr. Hall is an excellent doctor. She always takes time to answer my questions and concerns. Even during the weekends when I have medical questions, I can send her text messages or send her messages via the web portal, she would take time to answer my questions. She is a good caring family doctor that I can trust.

Sorry to give 1 start. Just finished my follow-up visit after my annual physical exam. I will try to be fair in the description below. After my physical exam, the doctor sent me a message that some items are high in the report and asked me to make an appointment for follow up. However, it turns out the numbers are barely above the threshold. So the suggestion from the doctor is that no medication, just be mindful about daily food. That's it. Then I paid the fee for this 10-mins appointment. I can feel that the doctor was trying to repeat the same thing, spanning the duration of my appointment. Well, I'm not saying the doctor did anything wrong. The numbers are indeed above threshold, although just marginal. But it gives me the feeling that the report is really bad and I have to see the doctor asap. I think the more professional way is to share with me the report, and tell me the numbers. Basically it's just above the threshold, don't worry. Instead of asking me to make another appointment. It's just a waste of time and money.

Let me start off by saying that I don't remember the last time I've had a good experience with a doctor... This lovely lady changed my perspective. She's kind, cares about her patients deeply, and does her best to make sure you're comfortable and your needs are met. Hands down the best doctor I've had in a long time.
