Dr Hall is incredibly kind and knowledgeable! I've been seeing her since I moved from San Francisco to Pleasanton a few years ago and she's been incredible, has provided me with great references for other specialty care, etc. However, her staff is unfortunately not as incredible as she is. They are extremely sub par and detrimental to her practice. Dr Hall is very busy so appointments should be scheduled in advanced. I scheduled my yearly check in for today, and yesterday received several emails from her staff asking for updated information for their records. I did not answer my emails quickly enough yesterday before they cancelled my yearly check in scheduled for today entirely. I would understand if they emailed me a few days in advance and hadn't received a response from me, but cancelling my appointment entirely in less than 24 hours of a response seemed unprofessional. I hadn't responded because I was working my day job and had back to back client meetings from 7 am until 6 pm yesterday. When I called the office this morning, I was able to reschedule my appointment for a couple weeks out. They had already scheduled someone else during my appointment they cancelled. Dr Hall is not accepting new patients, so for existing patients please be sure all of your information is updated so that they don't cancel your appointments on a short notice! PS if you go on Yelp, you will see many similar situations such as mine. The office staff does NOT care about Dr Hall’s patients nor respects their time.

I have been seeing Dr. Bonnie Hall for a year now. She's stepped out on her own and opened up a private practice. Her office is a small place, consisting of 1 room. She has 1 assistant, who is also very sweet. I really appreciate Dr. Halls care and her approach to supporting patients is what stood out to me about her. She is kind, polite, intelligent, and really knows her stuff. She's also endearing and very funny. She's also very responsive, which I appreciate. She also doesn't seem like someone who's out to get your money, if anything she wants you to feel like she's worth your money. She's also insured by a lot of insurance companies, which is helpful, because I needed to switch from one to another and it wasn't an issue to keep seeing her.

Wonderful physician & staff. Appointments are easy to make and this doctor cares a lot about her patients.
