I'm very happy that I chose to work with Bobby and his team. Their exceptional knowledge of the area was crucial when it came time for me to sell my place. Prior to selling they helped me evaluate and plan upgrades, and then to execute those upgrades as well. When it came time to put my house on the market, I was confident that we had prepared and marketed my house to have a strong appeal to buyers, and I was quite happy with the price I received. Bobby’s team provides tremendous value in the services they provide and I feel they work with honesty, integrity, and make every effort to meet or exceed the needs of their clients. All in all the whole process went off without a hitch and I can whole-heartedly recommend Bobby and his team. Also, Bobby is quite an easy going guy that was a pleasure to work with and I appreciated that.

Working with Bobby and his team to sell my home was truly a pleasure. We chose Bobby and Nikki as our Realtor to sell our Warm Springs home after an exhaustive screening process with 2 other agents. They were the first to provide us with all of the information we were looking for, and remained patient as we waited for the other agents to complete their submissions. In the end, it was quite clear that Bobby and Nikki sell a lot of homes in South Fremont for a reason: they are true professionals! My father passed away in January. My mother last year. Of the many magnets and flyers on the fridge there was quite a a few of Bobby and Nikki. My mum thought they were pretty fair and nice. We called them and them sell my childhood home.my brother and I are no longer in the area and I am many states away but it felt like we were right there. It was the smoothest real estate transaction I have done. He was kind and friendly.. It's kinda sad that this is the only time we can use them. If I lived closer I would use them again.
