I had a really great experience with Bob's Bridge Collision. I had damage on my front left fender and received much higher quotes from other shops, so I was very relieved to find this place. Boris did an amazing job—he even replaced the fender, and it looks completely brand new now. You honestly can’t tell there was any damage before. The turnaround time was also incredibly fast—just 3 days. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Bob 's Bridge Collision to anyone looking for high-quality work at a fair price.

Had such a great experience with this body shop! They fixed the dent on my Tesla and repaired the charging port perfectly. Communication was amazing the whole time — they kept me updated throughout the process and made everything super easy. My car honestly looks brand new again. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

This guy is a scam master. My car door was damaged He knew all the rules to get the coverage money. He collected $6000 including my deductible. He was super fast and collected money within 3 days on Jan 7. It's been over 2 months and still he has not fixed the door yet. He won't respond to my calls or communicate back on my messages. He won't refund my money back. He gets rude and tells me to get lost. When I asked for proof of parts order, he gets angry on me. I called Geico auto insurance team and they said they can't do anything since he is not contracted with them. My lease is ending soon and he keeps playing games with me. Please don't even think getting service from him

I had my door fixed here after a break in and this shop took almost 2 months with barely any communication along the way. Their constant delays meant I had to secure rental out of pocket for longer than it should have, and bad communication meant I had to be on top and check in myself for months during business hours. I would not recommend if you value your car and time. It was just supposed to be a key recipient replacement and door skin replacement with paint and match - standard work. Dropped my car off 31 July and got it back on 25 Sep... I had to get a rental all this time, check what your insurance covers. 2 weeks became 2 months. They dont call you unless you call to check status, so you will need to spend time during working hours to find out the status. My adjuster also spent just as much effort calling them too - and we both had no idea what was going on with the constant delays. Once receiving my car - paint didnt match, see the pictures and consider if your ok with it. They kind of "offered" a re-paint match, but didnt follow through when asked in person - i dont think I would even want them touching my car again, for reasons said above. Then the quality was sub par with panels not aligned and trim falling off and random internal door pieces discovered in the cup holder (like is my door even assembled correctly?). To top it all off, my car was dirty INSIDE like it was left with the windows down or door off for weeks atleast + spots of white paint on my seats and dash - i had to get my car detailed to try and save the leather and i had to use alcohol wipes to get the paint spots off. Dude had the audacity to hand me a lightly used microfiber cloth so I would clean up the mess they left for me. After all that, I got my car back with about 70 more miles on the odometer. Makes you wonder how they have a positive rating. 2 stars since the door is at least functional and looks looks ok in the dark from a distance. [Edit: all their photos that look like good work are pictures from the company themselves - making it look like good work. Photos from customers are non-existant. Dont make the same mistake as me, be warned.]

I am extremely happy with the body work done on my car. The repair was completed in a very short time, and the quality of work was excellent. He was professional and efficient . My car looks as good as new. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto body repairs.
