As Part Coordinator in a busy BMW-certified body shop, I work with the wholesale parts team daily. Never have to wait long on hold for assistance. No matter what the issue or how many questions we have, Oneil and Diego are always pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. This parts center is dedicated to providing quality parts, on time, to their customers. We don't buy BMW parts from anywhere else.

What can I say about this parts department. Professional, super respectful. Normally I deal with a lot of different wholesale and retail parts departments and they put you on hold. Are very rude. Don’t know what they’re talking about. Give you incorrect parts. O’Neil is my go to. He is very attentive, knows what he’s talking about. I give his service and the guys at bmw a 10/10

I emailed asking for a quote for a new key for my car. I got a quick reply from Muneer with a great price. When I arrived at the parts department, Muneer was very friendly and very helpful. I was able to get the transaction done quickly and at the quoted price. Overall, great experience.
