We went last Monday as a very serious customer literally ready to buy. No one came to talk to us after we walked around for long, when I approached the salesman they seemed not interested to talk. We asked for one car to take a look, it was not in the store. We went next door to Porsche and bought one. This is the reason why Tesla and other companies are winning, the sales team here at BMW just don't care.
