This branch is completely useless. Husband tried to deposit a check here and the manager told him both of us had to be there to deposit. Went back an hour later and the same person said said the check could not be deposited because my name was on the account. They would not allow me to sign over the check and told us we would have to go to the bank where the account was originally opened (which is out of state) to get my name added. If you can't do any of these things what's even the point of existing as a brick an mortar?!

Unsatisfactory and Unprofessional Service at 46691 Mission Blvd Branch!!! I had an issue with a monthly service charge that was added to my account. Upon noticing this, I visited the branch and spoke to a representative who assured me that the charge would be rebated if I maintained a minimum balance in my account. Trusting her word, I returned to the branch on July 22, 2024, only to find that the service charge had not been rebated. When I raised this issue, the same representative not only refused to honor her previous promise but also responded in a manner that I found to be quite rude. When I expressed my disappointment and mentioned that such behavior might lead me to close my account, the Asian women repeatedly asked me if I wanted to close the account immediately, which I found shocking and unprofessional. Adding to my frustration, her boss (may be the manager) made a false promise of applying for a rebate and calling me back within two days. This never happened, further eroding my trust in the branch’s customer service. In contrast, when I contacted BMO’s online customer service on July 25th, they promptly and efficiently rebated the service charge. The stark difference between the online service and the Fremont branch’s service was disheartening. As a result of these experiences, I have decided to avoid the the branch until there is a change in staff and an improvement in professionalism. I hope BMO takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to enhance their customer service. Rating: ⭐️ (1 out of 5 stars)

This branch is closed, they are not updating their info in time. Wasted my time driving here. Now is eastwest bank.

This place is a fraud. They enticed me to take home equity line of credit by saying that the interest rate remains flat where as it is actually variable. The relationship manager "Tsang Yann" out right lied to me. This is totally unethical.

Never go there. There’s no customer in this bank and they just didn’t want to assist me with my account. Very bad customer service. I’m going to move my business somewhere else as of January 2024. Y’all please do that. Teach them the value of customer service
