If you don’t want to deal with stress and negative surprises just don’t shop for cars here. I bought a 2012 mini cooper countryman s from these guys and they concealed problems with the car. They glued cup holders on that fell off by the time I got home. The trunk wouldn’t stay open and needed new hydraulics. A few months of having it the clutch went out and it had been bad from the gate. Once I got it fixed it was very evident the problem was preexisting. I would avoid it.

Purchased my new BMW from here (out of state buyer). Team responded to my call quickly, worked in a PPI at my requested shop, stayed in close contact and even picked me up from the airport! Their prices are competitive out the gate and they will work with you to get a deal done. They even got me a quick quote to ship my vehicle if desired. I was looking for a Toyota Sienna and the right trim, color, year and price came up at BMG autos. It was my first time buying from a dealer (I've bought lots of cars privately) and the experience was great. I dropped by to check out the car twice and Maverick let me take as much time as I wanted and a test drive was simply a case of showing my license. Zero pressure but once I decided I was seriously interested Maverick worked with me a little on the price and I dropped by the next day to pick it up. Very efficient sales process and no need to go to the DMV. The van runs great!

BMG auto made my recent buying experience great. Maverick is a top notch salesperson and his no pressure, easy and seeking to understand buyers need is a skill that is impressive. From the first contact by email and text, he wasn't constantly calling but just sent info about vehicle I was interested in and waited. When I went to the lot he was friendly, greeted me with a hand shake and was no pressure. Took my information, gave me they keys and encouraged me to get a good test drive and check the vehicle out, of course he had my information but it was great to actually test drive without a salesperson in my ear trying to convince to buy. When I returned, Maverick and I sat down, negotiated a good deal without any back and forth games. I had done my research on vehicle and pricing so I knew what I was willing to pay and all I can say is, I'm very pleased with purchase and price. Also received information on the discount available for car repair services they offer at 40% off. Was nice that it wasn't a high pressure sales tactic that day. Told me to think about and contact them if or when I'm ready. Thanks Maverick and BMG Auto for everything.
