Blanche was great to work with as a first-time home buyer. She took the time to go over the entire process which was very helpful for us, check in with us during each step of the way, and even went above and beyond with helping to touch things up after closing. She has a ton of experience and the right connections which made our homebuying process smooth before, during, and even after for our small rennovations. She was friendly, patient, and responsive and really helped to make our first time experience a little bit less stressful. Would definitely recommend Blanche to friends and family in the future.

Blanche is a phenomenal realtor who went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and prepared throughout the process of buying our (first ever) dream home in a highly competitive neighborhood. My partner and I were so nervous about buying our first home, and had no idea what to do. Thankfully, Blanche knows the market extremely well. She regularly checked in with us on what we were looking for, and would send comparables so we set the right expectations for quality and value. She was a strong advocate for us in the negotiation process with multiple sellers, and always gave us great guidance on how to approach. Her advice for how to assess renovations and get in contact with general contractors, electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc. has been invaluable as well. We were able to get connected to high quality services quickly, and within budget! Blanche is stellar and we loved working with her every minute.
