My family and I have known Bill for more than 5 years, he helped us buy out first house.and also helped us sell it recently. During the buying process, Bill was very patient in showing multiple properties and answering all our questions. He helped us submit a competent offer and skillfully negotiated with the seller's agent so our offer could be accepted. Recently, we decided to sell the house and the whole experience was extremely positive. Bill and Frances guided us through the process from start to finish by suggesting improvements, lining up contractors, staging the house and listing it. Our house was on market for less than a week and sold well above the asking price. Bill is extremely well versed with the bay area housing market and is very competent both as a buyer and seller's agent. I will continue working with him and whole heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a competent, professional and kind real estate agent.

Bill and Frances just helped us purchase our house in San Ramon. They have made the whole process super smooth and pleasant. Bill is a very knowledge agent and have provide a lot of good information thru out the process. Would highly recommend!

We had appointment set up for today at 5 pm . Less then 2 hours before the meeting time Peter from path real estate called us and said that there is 10 offers on this property and that he don’t think we should go to look at it . So Unprofessional I will not recommend to work with this company! When you looking for buying a house we/you need a realtor that will help you and will get ahead of others . Give some tips And will give you to take the decisions if you like the place and how much we/you want to bid on it . Such a Disappointment !
