Pre and Stacy at BevMo were super helpful and friendly. They took the time to guide me and made it easy to find what I needed. Really appreciated their patience and great attitude — they made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. Great customer service!

The store was clean, well organized, and easy to shop in. Most of the staff was helpful, and checkout was straightforward. However, my experience with one employee could have been better. While checking out around 11:00 PM, the cashier explained that the store closes at 11 PM, but online orders can still be corrected until 1:30 AM, which I understood. As I was walking toward the door, I realized I forgot an item and went back to grab a pineapple juice. While doing so, an employee with long braids loudly said that the store was closed. I chose not to engage, picked up the item, went to the counter, and completed my purchase without issue. The situation felt unnecessary, especially since I was already in the store and checking out. Overall, the store itself is convenient and clean, but customer service consistency could be improved, particularly during closing hours.

I like how convenient it is from everything, and they have a good variety of adult beverages, not to mention their none alcohol related items. Yet, I wouldn't shop without a number associated to get the best value. You might look into their deals to better serve you.

I walk there to buy some stuff today. there is lady Isaiah at the counter. She was so rude, has some kind attitude while I ask for something which is locked in the rack. She is so impatient while I say my number for rewards .. I thought she might having a bad day but it sounds disrespectful to me.
